Shipping within Australia
We ship with Australia Post twice a week. Unless express is selected.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on location. Email boo@jambijambi.com with any delayed order enquiries.
Shipping Overseas
Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 3 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Jambi Jambi with tracking information.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.
Jambi Jambi is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, Couriers Please or UPS. Please contact boo@jambijambi.com for any special circumstances in which you require our assistance.
eParcel Shipping Windows
We are currently facing delays of up to 2 weeks due to a reduction in air traffic.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Jambi Jambi cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes.
Jambi Jambi is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.
If the package is returned to jambi jambi, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs.
